By using the Ramada Al-Raqi site or dealing with us, you agree to the following terms.

About the site

The site presents the services of Ramada Al-Raqi Trading Company: men’s fabrics, tailoring, ready-made clothing and wholesale.
The site is informational and does not currently include online purchase. Sales take place at our branches or through direct contact.
We do our best to keep the information accurate, and fabric colours may look different on a screen than in reality; we recommend you see them at the branch.
Availability of items differs from branch to branch and from time to time.

We do not show prices on the site; the price is given to you directly at the branch.
A price given to you is not a binding contract until the order is confirmed.
We issue a tax invoice in the name of Ramada Al-Raqi Trading Company.

The minimum wholesale order is 50 yards.
Payment is in cash or by bank transfer, and shipping is at the customer’s cost.
Credit purchase is available after a year of dealing, following an account assessment, under the terms of the “account opening request form”.

The exchange and returns policy published on its page applies to all purchases and the tailoring service.
This does not affect your rights as a consumer under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The logo, texts and pictures published on the site belong to Ramada Al-Raqi Trading Company or are licensed to it.
They may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

We accept no liability for any harm arising from using the site or relying on its information where there is an unintended error.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is for the competent authorities there.
