Privacy policy

What do we collect?

• The site does not store your data: the WhatsApp buttons open a ready conversation on your device, and you are the one who sends the message.
• What you write in the message (your business, items, quantities, city) reaches us through WhatsApp only if you send it yourself.
• When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email we may keep your number, your email and your order details to follow it up.
• When you buy or have tailoring done at the branches, invoice data and the measurements needed to complete the service are recorded.
• Only after your consent do we use Google Analytics to learn which pages and cities are visited most (the city is estimated from the internet network) and how many times the WhatsApp and call buttons are pressed, to improve the site and plan our services. We do not collect your name, number or message content with it, and we do not link invoice data to it.
• You can decline or change your choice at any time from the “Consent settings” link at the bottom of the page, and the site works fully without analytics tools. Your consent is stored in your browser only.
• The “Find the nearest branch” button asks your browser for permission to use your location; if you allow it, the nearest branch is worked out on your device only. Your location is not sent to us or stored, and we do not use cookies for this. If you decline, the site works as usual.

Sharing and protection

• We share your data only when needed to complete your service (such as a shipping company or payment gateway) or if a regulatory authority requires us to.
• WhatsApp messages pass through the WhatsApp platform and are subject to its policies.
• We limit access to your data to those on our team who need it to do their work.

We may update this policy when our services change, and the update will appear on this page.
