Tailoring questions

How long does it take to tailor a thobe?

7 to 10 days on ordinary days and 15 to 20 days in the seasons (Ramadan and the Eids). For occasions and weddings we take urgent orders delivered within 24 hours for an extra fee.

Can I have more than one thobe tailored?

Yes. We also take company orders for occasion thobes of 6 pieces or more.

Do you tailor from my own fabric?

Yes, we tailor from the branch’s fabric or from yours. If the thobe needs altering later and the fabric came from outside the shop, we ask you for an extra piece of the same type and model.

What if I do not like the cut when I collect it?

If the error is in the size or in how the stitch type was carried out, the alteration is free. If the cut does not suit you, we alter it free of charge until you are happy. Mabroom alone cannot be altered after stitching.
