Fabrics
Which fibres are available?
Cotton, linen, wool and polyester in all types, as well as white, cream and coloured Japanese fabric and original Sukruta fabric. Availability differs by branch, so check with the branch before you visit.
Is Sukruta Abu Ghazalain available?
Yes. It is the best-known and most requested Japanese Sukruta, and it is available wholesale.
Tailoring
How long does it take to tailor a thobe?
7 to 10 days on ordinary days and 15 to 20 days in the seasons (Ramadan and the Eids). For occasions and weddings we take urgent orders delivered within 24 hours for an extra fee.
Do you tailor from my own fabric?
Yes, we tailor from the branch’s fabric or from yours.
Where is the tailoring done?
At Ramada Al-Raqi Tailoring on King Abdullah Road in Jeddah.
Wholesale and export
What is the minimum wholesale quantity?
The minimum wholesale order is 50 yards.
Do you ship outside Jeddah?
Yes, we ship to every region of the Kingdom and export beyond it. Shipping is at the customer’s cost.
Do you publish wholesale prices?
No. The price varies by item and quantity and is given to you directly by the branch.
How do I enquire about export?
We discuss it directly with the General Manager at the management office. The appointment details are on the export page.
Exchange and returns
Can I return fabric after it is cut?
Cut fabric cannot be exchanged or returned, except for a manufacturing defect that you told us about before it was tailored.
How long is the exchange period?
Closed roll: return within 3 days and exchange within 7 days. Ready-made clothes: 7 days. Underwear cannot be exchanged or returned.
